This background should be svg-based, and feature our OC, Beryllia (the one with the antenna and visor)

This image should convey a sense of a researcher looking up at the thousands of stars in the night sky, and making connections between them. This is a metaphor for the research which is all about making connections. Then, the page transitions to a textual description based on the content in research.md.
